Emerald City Behavioral Health partners with Washington State’s structured therapeutic courts to provide treatment and recovery support as part of court-supervised agreements. We are contracted as a preferred provider with DUI, Drug, and Veterans Courts, delivering specialized behavioral health services that help participants meet court requirements and work toward long-term stability.
Our role is focused on supporting individuals who are actively enrolled in these court programs. Services may include counseling, substance use disorder treatment, medication management, peer support, and case coordination—always within the structure of the therapeutic court contract.
Important Notes
We provide services only through therapeutic court contracts (DUI, Drug, Veterans).
We do not provide Family Court, CPS, or custody dispute assessments.
We do not accept individual referrals outside of therapeutic court contracts.
By working in close partnership with the courts, we ensure that participants receive the care they need in a way that supports both personal recovery and legal compliance.
