Emerald City Behavioral Health is expanding services to meet the urgent needs of youth and families across Washington State. Our Youth Continuum of Care is designed for adolescents ages 12–17 who require specialized behavioral health support, from crisis stabilization through long-term residential treatment.
This continuum provides a full range of care options—including inpatient psychiatric stabilization, withdrawal management, residential care, outpatient counseling, and family engagement—ensuring that young people and their families have the right level of care at the right time.
Federal Way Youth Center (Opening June 2026)

Provides voluntary and involuntary treatment for youth ages 12–17.
Full continuum of services:
Inpatient psychiatric stabilization
